Loss of Sleep

Frnds today i want to discuss effects of loss of sleep , as we all have to work more at night and whole day to achieve something and to survive in this fast growing world . But after some days or years we noticed that they are suffering some strange behaviour in their nature and body . They didnt know that they are affected with loss of sleep and later get into major problems . So have a good sleep of atleast 6 hours minimum , so that u all are refreshed next day to work with more joy and energy . Good luck

Lol! i had forget what is sleeping. After mylot came, i am now a addict of it.

We all are forgetting about sleep but we should take rest and sleep atleast 6 hours min.
