Recently,I'm very sad.I don't have any ways to solve this question.I am a teacher and I have a student. She will have her midterm exams next year, but her English is "terrible",I want to help her with this important exam.I don't know how to do.In China, people all think this exam is important for students.I cannot tell my student you can do whatever you want.I want she can become a good person in morality rather than a student with good grades.I just want to help her.

Maybe you can ask your students if they would like to have an after school study group to learn to speak better English and help them prepare for this test. That way you help more than just one student and this can benefit the group.

It sounds like she might benefit from having a tutor. Would she be willing to consider that?
If not, you can send her here. myLot has been a place where users can come regardless of their English skills. I've seen lots of users from all over the world improve their skills during their time here.
Of course, that won't help with spoken English... what I've found is that conversing with native speakers is a great way to get practical experience in that regard. If she can meet someone who is fluent and can tutor her, that would be great.
