This is one of my worst habit i have. I forget things just like in a moment. I don't know where i put things. I come to house, put out my shoes through my mobile on the bed and after taking a shower, when i get back to my room, then i forgot where i put my mobile and start searching it again and again. One day i forgot where i put my pendrive, I Searched nearly one hour , its looking like a bomb blast Occurred into my room.. i didn't find it that time. But after sometimes i found it in the back panel of my CPU..

I tend to forget things every now and then. I guess this could be because I have too many things in the mind these days.

It happends to me often. I wonder whether this is because I am growing old or I focus on other things and therefore I will be forgetful? Or I sleep late at night and wake up early next day, being lacking of sleep may make me feel confused and forgetful. And today we depend on the digital stuff so much, it will have a side effect on our memory. For example, you will have all your contacts in your mobile phone, you don't have to remember their phone numbers any more. If we want to find any information, it is easy for us to get it online. It will make our brain to have less exercises.

I have a head injury and forget things frequently. It helps to have a specific place to put everything. I also label cabinets and doors. Friends laugh, but it works for me. :)

if you are 25 years or 30 years or 40 years and you forget things,,,, then its a problem.. and if you are 50 years or more and forget things.. then it's reasonable but must see a doc..though as we get older.. we all going to have this as a common problem..
