I am actually not so fat person...but sometimes what happen my stomach get so much bloated and i felt that it is going to expload now anytime....as my hands and legs are thin then the little bloated stomach make me look like fatty..what to do to remove excess fat from stomach ?

I agree on your point but I want some home remedies....I am not that fat....I can't afford to lose weight as it will lead me to the underweight section of BMI index

I think it is hard to just remove fat on a specific part of the body.. although i am not an expert
a trip to the gym maybe? and some tips from the gym experts.. but it's expensive
maybe more fruits and veggies. plus exercise.. 20 minutes daily

Actually I am a thin person. I eat many things but it will make me gain weight. I think the reason is in my family many people are thin. Besides, I eat very slowly. This may be the main reason to be thin. I read it via the net and it said the fat people usually eat very fast. I can't eat fast, otherwise I will feel uncomfortable. I need to chew well so that I can taste from the food.

as i already mention i am not so fat but i have little fat on my stomach only.....and yes, i am totally agree on chewing the food slowly

in my place, there is a kind of drink which is very famous nowadays. It's called "sassy water". It's claimed it could make our belly fat gone...

Run!!! And then after an interval of 15 mins drink two glasses of Lemon Juice!! It helps reduce the fat quickly!! Then also make sure that you don't skip the meals!! The false notion of skipping a meal to reduce fat is totally wrong!! And the belly will take atleast a month to start showing some good effects, so don't give up!!

yes, i know skipping meal will actually increase the hunger....lemon juice will i think is great idea
