What is the best horror movie? We are so stuck!

My daughters and I were watching, The Conjuring. Seems it was a very horror movie.

I remember one from my childhood that I think may be horror or suspense... I'm not sure anymore. It was called Cherry Falls. They think the murderer goes after virgins! 0.0

Alien is excellent. The original Halloween. The Shining is awesome. Phantasm is creepy.

My all time fave and the only one that has actually managed to scare me was Ringu 2 (the Japanese version of the ring 2) I swear I didn't look in a mirror for a week after watching it.
