Indian Supreme Court allowed noisy crackers till 10 pm.

As you all already know I hate noise because it disturbs sick, elderly, and babies.
But Indian supreme court seems to think that these folks are less important than others who want to enjoy life by bursting those noisy crackers.
We can use other crackers that do not make as much sound.
Can somebody enlighten supreme court about the pollution that affects many more?
Or the loss that nation sustains every time money is blown away.
I guess, I am close to getting a death penalty here. lol

@celticeagle ..many babies tend to keep their mothers or parents awake most of the time in the nights. They often sleep at odd hours. That is the only time parents really get respite. But if babies are woken up with sounds then parents are in for more of that extra duty of holding the baby. It is a tiring job, right?

I agree some of the louder ones should be banned or limited time frame or limited places they can be used. Not only does it bother the elderly, infants, and animals... it disturbs the peace as well as people with sensory issues who may not tolerate alot of noise.

I don't mind as long as it doesn't affect the young and the old..far away where the others can hear it if they want..but right now i have a headache and don't even want it around me..
