How Does This Pay Work?

I have done pay per post/comment/like sites while blogging before. However, on this site, I haven't seen anywhere that tells how much you need before being paid or outlines of how it works. I like looking at the posts and replying and more than anything, I enjoy blogging.
But does anyone know exactly how this system works?..

The only thing that I don't like about this platform is that when you follow someone, it shows mostly them replying to stuff in your newsfeed. Not so much when they post something. Seems kind of backwards.

@Kazemononoke I agree, I'm still trying to work out how to efficiently navigate this place. But if they pay, and there is a good community, the details can be ironed out in time!

There is no hard and fast rule that we as the community know as how one earns here except what the site itself says and that is just interact and discuss and your bank will see the earnings.

There's an element of mystery, as there should be. But in general, I think we're compensated for others' responses, both to our posts, and to our comments on others' posts. Therefore, leaving thoughtful comments on others' posts is as helpful to you as writing good posts.
