i've always wondered how some people jumps off their bed and start their day fresh. i don't know how they do it? sometimes i wonder are they even human! i guess the answer to that is will power i guess.
doing so much work and getting to bed is like a reward that never enough. am i the only one who feels that way. every time i jumps to my bed and thinks oh god please let this night be long.

I am kind of that way. I put my alarm on just long enough to push snooze more than once. My husband hates it. lol

In the past it was difficult for me to wake up on time. I always wanted to sleep as much as I could. Now when my clock alarms, I will just wake up no matter how much I don't like. This is because I want to prepare breakfast for my family so that my son will enjoy it and then go to school. This is something I can do and due to this responsible, I can jump off the bed.

Do you want to overcome your laziness...? Try to think that your time is very valuable. There are many people who laying on the bed in hospital because of sick, and now you can get up from your bed and do some useful activities you want. Have you ever imagine when you get an illness and you can't do anything? So, don't you let it go just for sleep. Do what you want to do and enjoy your time by some valuable activities. Have a nice day!

My will power fails me every morning. But its a sine wave. When i have something i love to do in the morning i dont even need the alarm. You will find something that helps you get over that laziness
