Email from Bubblews

I received an email from Bubblews tonight in answer to my email over a week ago inquiring about my payment. It's been almost five months since I redeemed.
The email says they are processing payments as fast as they can.
I don't know if this means that there's hope I might get paid someday.
Did anyone else send a support ticket lately? Did anyone get this reply?

On reading this I went to check, and yes there is an email from 'Moe' saying the same as yours. Now I happen to know that Moe isn't a real person, so I don't know what to think. But at least it's a sign that perhaps the control post isn't quite deserted.

@Rollo1 They sent it to those that received payments recently as well. They just went through the file of all emails sent re: redemption and mass-mailed it. It could have been done from anywhere--India, Atlanta, London. It didn't require much effort.

I do hope you get yours soon. Im
really fed up with the way they are handling us users. Mylot admins is so refreshing.

But who is Moe? This is the second time I have received this same email. The first time they told me they were processing payments as fast as they can, nothing happened for a couple of weeks, and then they paid other people and not me. I don't know if this means there is hope I might get paid. MyLot is very open and responsive which is a refreshing change.

It has been a long time since I redeemed. I have not totally left, but I am not really active there. I am interested in reading about others, like you.

I got FIVE of those mails last night from Moe - every one of them exactly the same and not one of them telling me anything useful. Some were in response to tickets from 40-50 days ago.
I think it's pretty bloody insulting. They aren't doing anything to sort out this problem.

I received my last payment, which was earlier this year. I redeemed three times in the first half of the year. However, I never expect to earn enough money again. It will be interesting to see if you, Horse and a few others actually get paid again.

It was this time last year they had a sudden bag o' money that they distributed. Perhaps they are killing time until they get their windfall. But they ought to say "we pay once per year" if that's the case. But it's late now, and I don't think that is the case. I think they are just trying to keep hope, and the site, alive.

A lot of people got the emails I guess, probably one for every ticket sent. I think it is a good sign but many people who commented on my post don't agree.

I think it's a sign that they want to appear to be responding to inquiries, but in fact, are not really responding at all. There is nothing to indicate that they have any method or order for payments. All it means is that someone is trying to stop the bleeding. I wish it meant something.

@Rollo1 Well honestly this was never their strong point. I have no idea what the future holds but it is a sad state of affairs. I just hope this site has a better plan for financing all the payouts or we will end up in the same state. earnings do seem a bit high here at the moment.

@willmah @Rollo1 Shall we think about this logically for a few minutes?
What have they normally done right after sending out emails to people en mas? They do nothing. Everyone that received the email goes around saying the same things that all of you are saying now and they wait to see whether Bubbs is going to give them any money this time or not.
While everyone waits to see if Arvind sh*ts gold for them, Bubbs continues to earn money on everyone's bubbles and the authors get nada!

@marie Those emails are meant to get people to quietly wait for further developments while your bubbles continue to give them money but you get nothing...
If everyone would remove their bubbles from the site, they would no longer be able to string people along. The site would fail and they would be finished!

Moe is the automated response from Bubbs, and is not a real being. It is not even an artificial being, @Rollo1 .
It was theorized by a person in-the-know that Bubbs admin have begun the process of clearing the support queue in preparation of sorting through everything that admin has received, assign it a priority status and verify what exactly needs to be done.
I was told this is conjecture only, but with a strong probability that this is the true scenario happening at this time.
Some people have reported receiving up to five responses from Moe at Bubbs. Several people conjectured that the more responses received from Moe, the greater the chances that you were coming up in the queue preparatory to receiving your payout. This conjecture is erroneous. All that receiving several responses from Moe means is that that person sent several queries about their proposed payment. "Moe" had to clear all queries from the queue before starting an inventory of issues.
@jaboUK May I ask how you know Moe is not a real person? You have positive proof, other than the proof I have received, I mean?
Thank you in advance for your answer, Janet.

I can answer how we know "Moe" isn't real. It's because "Jimmy" wasn't real. It's because Tyler admitted he makes up fake names to answer email inquiries from members. That's how much of a disconnect there is. They think it's funny to write emails under fake names and admit to laughing about it. That's disrespectful. We don't write to support to be fobbed off with emails from fake admin who cannot be traced or held to account. I even got a request to rate "Moe" on how well he handled my support issue! Sorry, it's rude and disrespectful as well as more than a little cowardly to hide behind a fake name. We've known for a long time that they do this, and we aren't laughing. And I am sure they've cleared their queue of support tickets, but how has clearing them left them better able to deal with them? If I throw my bills in the trash, it doesn't help me organize payment of them.

@DaddyEvil I know because Tyler admitted it in a comment - I think it was on one of MA-LU's posts. She had written a post mentioning that there was a new person responding to queries, and Tyler jumped in saying Moe wasn't actually a person.

I think that way, too. It's a last-ditch effort. Maybe they do hope to pay people someday, but I think it's clear they can't even pay the tiny number of people who are waiting now, and more will be lining up for payment as time goes on.

At least they had the courtesy to do that. I don't even know what's going on at the site anymore, but I hope they're really serious about this.

I don't think it was courtesy. Now that I see that everyone got the same email, I think it is an attempt to make everyone stop writing about their pending redemptions and to wait patiently. But I don't think it's a guarantee that there is anything to wait for.

well, from our side of the country, earnings had been real real slow. So my bank is still halfway trhoug. Good for you you were able to redeem. I hope and pray that those who redeem along time ago might be paid soon. Though me mine last year I think is a hopeless case as what they told
