Recently I found myself a feeling of hungry at midnights… Generally I used take food daily 3 times regularly… But it contains little quantity.. I take water at lower levels… How to control my hungry feelings at nights? Is it harmful to my health?...

Perhaps you can try a cup of milk if you feel hungry in the midnight. I think milk is good for health and sleeping. It is just liquid and shall not give more burden to your stomach.

If you are young and energetic, it is normal to feel hungry all the time .. But I think you need to choose the kind of food that would fill you up longer ..

If you are eating properly, then it might not be real hunger. It is more like reduction in food consumption in the body. This way you will eat more than necessary which isn't good for health. You have to do samyama yoga to control it. Yet if you are not eating properly, then you have to walk at least 100 steps after every meal.

Eat a bit heavy every 3 hours. and then that way you don't end up with midnight cravings. also make sure you sleep on right time.
