Dogs on my way......Have you faced it ?

Well i just came back to home after doctors visit .Her clinic is on walking distance around 15 minutes .I was on my way and their were group of dogs roaming they were almost six dogs i was so frightened but i kept on walking slowly and gradually.It was very difficult to walk in that situation but they i gathered my strength and walked and reached safely.Have you ever faced this situation?

Where I live dogs are not allowed to roam, they must be confined. If they have no owner, they will be picked up and taken to the dog pound.

@amnabas In the day dogs are allowed to bark here but at night no, the police can be called. We live in the country so it is not an issue.

I never face the situation, but I can imagine that it a terrible experience. If you can't overcome the situation, you get bite of the dogs. You are great!

@amnabas You are lucky, you can face a swarm of dogs without anyone help you. Hope you be careful when you walk alone.

It is rare to see any dogs roaming around here without being on a leash.

Those dogs sound kind of wild and not very tame. Maybe you need to carry a big stick with you when you walk?

What you did was the best way to handle a 'dog situation', but the trouble happens when they have set their sights on you.
