Today , my husband started as a new hire of an affiliate of the company I am working .
We went to work together this morning , him at the third floor and me at the second floor .
As some of you in Bubblews have known in one of my posts , he took the offer of early retirement a year ago of the company he worked for more than 25 years .
With some of the money he went on business - buy and sell of used cars and lending money to employees he knows of .
But then , he stopped the money lending and the buy and sell of used cars when they proved to be difficult .
So last week , I asked my boss if he can apply for a job in any other affiliate companies she handles .
It is really in God’s time , because there is a vacancy at Finance Department .
Now , we will be seeing each other 24 hours a day .

@antonbunot Actually , we will not see each other while he is at their office and while i am in mine except during lunch breaks and snack time .
He doesn't have to keep an eye on me always . I have my eyes for him only .

I know he is going to enjoy it coz he could keep an eye to her pretty wife 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (workplace and home)!

Thank you .
Yes ! I told him to stop because being a businessman isn't for him . So he better save his money for his retirement years .
And since he is 50 year old already and you know here in the Philippines , that at that age it's hard to find a job already , i asked the help of my boss .

at least he got to experience being his own boss, managing his own time, business and money. now that he will be privately employed again, it's also good because his sss, pagibig and philhealth contributions will be reactivated.

There is an officemate too at the office whose husband is also at the company where my husband is now .
I was kidding her before , won't you get used to seeing each other's face 24 hours a day ? And she just said Indeed and we laughed .
Now , i am in the same situation .

Congratulations to both of you . It was your initiative which helped him get the job. I think he would be happy to get the job and so would be you because now he would have a working schedule and will have a motto to get up early in the morning and to get ready for his office. I hope that things turn out good for both of you.

@SIMPLYD - Yes, you are very right there is nothing like keeping ourselves busy in a regular job and in turn get some remuneration. Our best wishes for both of you.
The picture you have uploaded with the post looks awesome.

@dpk262006 Yes, a regular job can be of help . Money is easy to spend and deplete . So , you might as well have a job while you still can .
So you like the picture . That's the view of the stairs going up our office with the famous landmark of our province , the Mayon Volcano in the background .

@allknowing Oh no it's not that way . It's just that at least he should also treat me to something since i helped him find a job .
What is little money to spend compared to earning every month from now on.

@SIMPLYD Oh. Okay. In that case here is a weird suggestion again - Ask the boss to make a glass flooring for the third floor and get rid of that cemented ceiling on the second
They have no right to keep you both away... and you can also keep an eye on your hubby on the third floor

@viju0410 Really ! Wow ! And funny really that you have to remind him that because he is on night shift and most people does that on their night shift when no one is looking . Though now, we have the CCTVs so sleeping on the job can be seen even when one isn't around .

I do understand and am happy for u. Once i also got an opportunity to work in the same company where my husband worked. U know what, we had the same boss but our timing were different. I used to work in the morning hours of 9 to 5 and he had night shifts at 10 to 8. The funniest part was i used to send him warning notes for sleeping while on duty..........

We are not in the same company , but in the same group of companies . The owner of the companies is one and the same.
And we also have same general manager - a lady boss . .
