Do you throw away left over food?
You should not!
Its a waste when we cook a lot of food then we do not consume it. There are a lot of people dying from hunger and then we only put food to waste. I have my way of recycling left over food because its economical. There are a lot of recipes that we can learn.
Sometimes having a pet is good because they can have those left overs. What do you think?
What do you do with your left over food?

That's a good idea. Soup is very straight forward to make.

We will throw away left over food if its something we didn't like much the first time around. Hardly anyone will touch it the next day if we didn't like it the night before. Anything we do like there are never any left overs of. So basically if we don't finish it at dinner I toss it out right then instead of saving it and letting it spoil in the fridge.

It depends on occasion, then only i will have some leftovers. Usually, i don't cook a lot, so there won't be any leftovers. Nowadays, things are getting expensive, i will estimate my cooking. If there is any leftover, i will give them to my family dog. Most of the time, i don't waste my leftovers.

Do not cook lavish food but cook for the necessity of your family members. If there is much balance there is a tendency to eat more, because every cooking person is not like to waste his/her hard work. Keeping balance food in fridge and consume later is not a healthy tendency. If you have cow, dogs, or hens then OK. Most important is DO NOT WASTE FOOD

@shshiju I normally do a lot of cooking in a wok. I cook a lot of veggies and sometimes with fish or chicken. I am not a meat person so we don't eat a lot of meat here. Normally when I cook because there is only 2 of us I do cook for 2 days at a time. It just works out this way in the end because by the time all the veggies are added it seems to make a lot of food and I am not a big eater but my partner is. So it does balance out and the food is gone in 2 times.

it depends on the age of the leftover food. I do a lot of experiments in the kitchen with leftovers.. when it's not good for human tummy anymore then maybe the pets could consume them. right we have 5 dogs and a pig at home and no food will ever go to waste
