I am from China, too. I haven't been to Qinhuangdao, but it sounds it is a very nice place to have a journey. Although an university degree can't make sure you can find a good job, but at least you have a better competition among all the graduated students. You know today it seems it is very common to have an university degree. If you even don't have it, it may be a difficulty for you to find a nice job. Good luck!
