What kind of photos need to be uploaded to get credited ? / myLot

What kind of photos need to be uploaded to get credited ? Is it have to be unique (i.e. from my own album ) or it may be downloaded from internet ? Is it need to be copyrigt free or needn't ?

Well, from what I have seen, the photos need to be relevant to the discussion if with a post. Or in the photos area, I think these are just photos of some of your likes, etc. And then I noticed now, which I need to do, you can post photos with your Interests. So it is definately interesting.
