how to reduce your tummy in simple exercises you do??

I know most of us have a common problem if you are fat this surely obvious to you.
if your tummy is not fit try doing these things.
reduce eating starch and sugar
do crunches (it is an exercise that reduce your tummy fat)
walking as far as you can
try to run a short distance
be active always

This is not a simple exercise unless you are younger for older persons it stresses the back .

@kevinakash however I do walk as far as I can and cut down on calorioes on my evening snack so I have lost f rom 181 o 158 and want t o get to 135 a good weight for me it helps me contol my blood glucose readings better too

@kevinakash yes it also stops my knee pains and it makes me feel good really maybe r eleases endorphins b ut I always am happy after a nice long walk

yes all the starch containing food items should be omitted from your dinner. and try to say NO to sugar

tjust thi king growing up o n a farm I was always i n grea shape because i got exercise all the time and worked off the calories so I was not fat.
