Cold Enough for Ya?

I think I'm a shoulda woulda coulda person living life backwards. I hope you got your garden covered.

Oh no I can see I won't fit in well now. Your winter is arriving and our summer is coming. You will be saying how cold it is and I might be saying how hot it is. I am lucky our winter just passed and here we still walk around bare footed and wearing shorts in the middle of our winter. In the evening it does get a little bit cooler and you might find at this time we have put on a pair of pants. But still no shoes.

Hope you raked the leaves and covered you garden finally.

It is damp and although it was warm this morning the temp is dropping like a rock.

I try to be positive but it may no always work out that way.

I tend to be a very positive person. Why not? It only makes people feel bad if they are negative.

I think about things, but getting them done is another story all together. I still have four potted plants to move in.

we don't have four seasons, but raking leaves on a rainy and gray day doesn't sound pleasant.

I mostly live my life in the here and now...I'm not very organised..so sometimes spend time 'catching up' ... lol

I don't know that I'd say I live my life backward, in fact I've never heard that term before. I do tend to procrastinate a bit which doesn't help. I need to get four packages of bulbs into the ground if possible and we've been having a few nice days when the sun is out. The problem is, when we get back home after washing windows and driving to and fro, I need a break and by that time the sun is already down. We've had the heat on here for the past few weeks, for even when it's warmer outside, it's still chilly inside. I do turn the heat down to about 62-65 at night and I'm hoping I can continue that practice this winter even though I probably don't need to so much since we're getting a discounted price this winter. I will say I'm a positive procrastinator.

It's pretty darned cool here in Northern California today. But I think I'm going to slap on my shorts and take a cycle anyway. I'll have a few layers on top.

Today I'm feeling like a backwards person although most days are great. Hubby and I were talking about getting away for part of the winter and realized we haven't made any plans. WE usually do that in the summer but it never even came up.

It is suddenly cold here. With the time change, the days are ominously short too.

We are not to the build a fire stage yet, but we are getting real close.

We took advantage of the nice weather last week to tackle the big job of raking leaves in front of our house. So much better to do when it's not too cold.

I am trying to live life in a coward motion. When I feel myself going backwards I try to resist. The cold is of no help to me! I'll be fine until ice and snow. Then I have to add all kinds of activities to my already to e strained day.

I do not like the cold, my legs hurt very badly when it's cold. This has gotten worse over the years and it has started already. So, I am not looking forward to the cold.
