Is There A Bug In The Payment System?

I am wondering if there is a bug somewhere concerning the payment system.
I have reached over $35.00 and did not get any notice yet about being paid. Lots of other users have been paid already.
Is it done by batches? By countries? I am in Canada.
@myLotBugs I would very much appreciate an answer to this little problem at my end.

Are you sure that you entered the PayPal address in the appropriate line in the settings? You should see two email address, see below the image attached by Phred.
If you forgot to enter your PayPal address you can try to contact Alex and let him know.

@marlina Good to have this information. I am still a long ways off for payment but I have put my limit on getting paid at $25 because once the currency gets exchanged here in Latvia I would get hardly anything otherwise. I will patiently wait and I hope you get your payment real soon.

It's worth 'following' both of these accounts - and bookmarking them for future reference. I think you already alerted the right person to look at your problem, however. Even though an @username doesn't format as a link in the Discussion text, it still sends a notification to that person, so doubtless he'll be here in due course to answer your plea!
