lol, indeed my friend. Big lesson learned. In life, always read the help section and never EVER go against the help section. Even by mistake. Elsewise Destry will bite you.

wow I did the exact same thing. I hope @PhredWreck was nicer about it @Destry was though. She just reported me and then tried to make my feel bad about not following the rules and said being new was no excuse. At least I wasn't the only one! Hope we can be friends.

The admins are pro people reporting posts that violate the guidelines. There is an issue with people spamming this site, so it is easier to report then to be pink and fluffy, wait a day for any response and then go and report the person.

You know, all myLot members are supposed to help the admins see what is going on. I think we sometimes sound very cross with people who do not follow the rules. Please remember, some of us have been here, and on other sites for years. We have seen how much damage can be done by spammers. We just got myLot back and we will do whatever it takes to keep it healthy and functioning well. So yes, we will tell you to follow the rules, yes, we may report a violation.
