I don't know if I'm right but this is the conclusion I got to: women are harder to deal with. they are mean especially with each other. I don't have any idea what might be the cause of such a behavior but the fact is that some of them are really frustrated.

Yes, you are right, most women are difficult to deal something, because women often leaded by their emotion rather than their logic. So, most of them often get frustation when face difficult problem to solve than men.

@birjudanak Yes, usually women are influenced by her emotion so, when they make decision often depend on the situation. I think it is the natural instinct of women.

let me give you an example: they even comment about how I do my hair and not about how competent/incompetent I might be

I don't know, but in my company all employees are females except for the employer. It is no more problem for me to get on well with others because I don't mind helping others. In the past I worked in a company where there all males except for two girls, and I was one of two girls. So I tried to get close to my female colleague because I thought we might have much more in common. But it seemed that she was cool. Other male colleagues were nicer. So I guess the quantity makes the different result? Namely in an environment with more girls, the girls' relationship will be better.

Yes, you are right, I also agree with most women are difficult to handle some problem and tend to stress or frustration when compared with men. So, most men try to be patient when treat women...

woman might be a bit more spiteful i suppose but men are more aggressive woman communicate more and also tend to do it more efficiently. I either read or heard it on a study done in a prison it was a long time ago. However this post made me think of it.

hi@swissheart I have never found fellow nurses aides to be catty or hard to work with l know when I worked in the Tustin Branch of the Orange county library s stem the whole crew of us were women and they were all my friends l never found them hard to work with at all
but in helping jobs I think the type of women do work better together' perhaps in other job sites the women think more about themselves and less bout the public so get on one other's nerves.

You might be right. I remembered before when i was working full-time, i ever worked for a woman boss. She is very fierce and stubborn. All the jobs in her company have tight schedule. Every employees must complete their own work according to her tight schedule. Even we are not allowed to chat too much while working. She prefer a quiet environment.

@swissheart Wow, your boss prefer a busy and noisy environment. That's mean you can enjoy watching tv while working. That's cool.

some of them no matter wht they do can't be professionals. I'm not saying that this only applies to women but there are many who instead minding their own business and worrying about doing their job right prefer to comment on others

@swissheart I think they do, in general. But trust me, if a man wants to put you down at work they will diminish you in other ways.

I have to agree with you 100 percent! Dealing with women in the workplace is so hard, everything is so intense and emotional. We also tend to fight with each other more. I was there was more men in my workplace. It would be so much easier

I am sorry this has been your experience. While of course I have met unpleasant women in my working life I can honestly say most are supportive and caring. My life long friends are women I met at work. I hope you can find some wonderful female coworkers to change your experience.
