@simone10,All things that are within reason are possible.Things beyond reason are always impossible. If you ask me to lift the earth,it is beyond reason.I can't do it.If you ask me to lift a heavy rock,I may improve my physical strength and accomplish the feat.....There are many things in life that are impossible.

@scheng1,Yes,doing bad things and expecting good ones in turn amounts to expecting what is impossible. One always gets bad results out of bad deeds one does.In other words, bad deeds yielding good results and the vice versa is impossible.....But here impossible exists.Doesn't it?

@SIMPLYD,Thanks,my friend, for responding.Yes,God is there and with His presence nothing is impossible.Last day when I was thinking about the sentence,a thought came into my mind, and I decided to share it here in the form of a discussion.

If someone really believes in something and passionately wants to do it, they can most likely find a way to achieve it. That does have to be within reason though. If I said I wanted to learn to fly unaided by technology, I'm sure that would be impossible.

We aren't a deity, so I doubt we could say with all certainty that something is impossible, we could however say it is highly improbable.

Maybe "impossible" is a relative term. What something is possible for some may be truly impossible for others. Right now, intergalactic travel may seem impossible but who is to say it still will be a hundred years from now?
