My once way of promoting Mylot

I'm not kidding. I actually never thought of deleting this video even though I had deleted my old account, probably just forgot along the way and got busy. Though I had joined mylot the year before this video, you would obviously guess how long I've been to the site and it was very different compare to what it is now. I used this video before to promote the site, how ever, it was not successful because people just didn't believe me.
I haven't seen any other mylot videos in the past, they were others but deleted the last time I checked. The difference with the mylot before was you had to create a topic area for that discussion, choosing an icon and post something.
Now, it's even easier to navigate because you have to do is click the option on the right side then create a post. I used a game called the sims 2 to help me make the video along w/ a editing software.

Well, I am a newbie here . . so, I have no idea how the old MyLot was. But I find the site easy to navigate. And I have fun here.

Actually it was three to four years before I joined the site and phedwreck was one of the original members of it. Hard to believe he is still around after all this time.

maybe you weren't a member of mylot yet, this was before 2010 it was even made. @SIMPLYD so yeah and it wasn't spread much anyways

The one problem that I noticed was that the testimonials were a little too fast to read clearly, although the overall production is extremely good. I did create a few banners for Mylot back in those days, but of course they were discarded years ago.

yeah you're right @Asylum I didn't realized it because i was too busy trying to reduce the time frame between testimonials and the graphics i made.

@Letranknight2015 I can understand that, especially since the video is 5 minutes anyway, but it may have been better to use less testimonials.

I think it is a good idea, but I don't know is it allowed by the admin of mylot? I think it is better if you try to read the TOS of mylot. I am sorry I can help you. Have a nice day!

I was just explaining how I made the video a little bit years ago, I wonder how was that a violation? Not sure what I have suggested earlier but I was explaining this because mylot did ask every one years before this to make a video about the site. I remember how it was so robotic.

I liked the visual concept presented and reminded me of 2nd life for some reason. It got over 1800 views not bad I thought. Didn't understand why you thought it was unsuccessful because people didn't believe you. Do you remember what brought you to that conclusion?
