Five days to freedom

Next Tuesday, exactly in a week's time from today, I will be free from the burdens of a regular job as I move on to an exciting new avenue for work. It will be a different feeling for me but I'm hoping it will be a good one. Just wanted an opinion from you all regarding what you think is more preferable - a regular job at an office or working from home or wherever you want?

I don't think one situation is necessarily preferable to the other, it's just whatever you feel more comfortable with. Some people like the "freedom" of not having to work for someone else, but you have to be very dedicated and motivated to succeed when working for yourself. I also think that a lot of times, it is actually much more work than having a 9-5 job.

You need to do what feels right for you. If you can find a company to hire you to work at home then take it. Otherwise find a job that makes you happy and do it.
