is it important for good work environment ?

there are more than ten people in our sales department .
we work together , learning from each other ,sharing news ,talking life even having work lunch and dinner together .
four colleagues younger than me ,the rest are older.
if fact ,all of them are very friendly, we are often work hard for our common ambition.
is it a good team ?

yeah its nice to see that team of 10 mamber who are know each others very well i think you have perfect team you can learn from elder and younger mind work fast so if you co operate with them you will go high i feel that

Work environment is important. It plays a big role on whether you're going to do a good job, or if you're going to do a great job. I used to work in a very noisy environment and it bothered me a lot. I got used to it, or I thought I did, when I changed employment, I realized that I can focus more with a less noisy environment.

Sounds like a good team to work with but do the team actually deliver results? That's necessary to be called a good team.
