@corinnagore,I take some bananas,an apple or papaya,and a glass of milk,and a little later a cup of tea.That's all.Thereafter I don't take lunch.

It is not the healthy way to skip the breakast. I heard that you shall eat like a king for breakfast, and eat like a begger for dinner. Namely breakfast is the most important meal. My breakfast is different everyday because I don't want my husband and son gets bored to the same food. So sometimes it can be noodles, cakes, bread, congee etc.

I think have breakfast is a good choice, because in the morning after we sleep throughout the night, our stomach is really empty. I think it is not good if we do not eat breakfast when we will do some activities. Breakfast can provide some energy to our body, so we will feel stronger. Usually, I eat breakfast with a bit of rice, veggie and fried of egg.

@corinnagote I change around, depends what mood I am in. Whole grain oatmeal with nuts and cinnamon or dried fruit, whole wheat bread with peanut butter & fruit, eggs, bacon & toast, Raisin Bran or Cherrios cereal and list goes on. Have to have my breakfast!

Depends on my hunger. I like fruit on some days, cereal or oatmeal, bacon and eggs with toast. Some mornings I don't eat breakfast. I am not huge on just a bread product for breakfast, but I have been known to just eat a couple pieces of toast with peanut butter. I also love Orange Juice with my breakfast.
