Bubblews update - Just who is running the ship?

Just popped my head in over at Bubblews - and for those that may be interested in a little gossip, I stumbled across a couple of comments left by @nameless (Elaine). "Oh, just a heads up, Kevin is no longer with Bubblews although he is still with Arvind and Jason's team" A bubblews member asked Elaine who was still working at Bubblews. . . "To my knowledge you're looking her (Nameless) and Bear is around. Jason and Arvind are in and out, they just don't interact much." So Kevin has left Bubblews but is still in Arvind and Jasons team - No idea what team that is or what projects that they are working on. . . Bear is still there - not sure what his role is. Nameless is trying her best. Arvind and Jason - are in and out! So it seems that Nameless is the only credible person there.

I saw those comments, nameless made them a while ago. Arvind, Jason, Kevin, Tyler and Mike are all working on Sweeble. Only Bear is involved with Bubblews and only as regards payments. Since they aren't making payments, he doesn't have a lot to do. Nameless is not active on the site right now, either. She is "on strike". No one is running the ship, nothing is happening, nothing is going to happen. They are just milking it out, and when the revenue no longer covers the cost of having the site up, it will go down.

You would think they would close the site down and that would be the end of it.

Yes, it seems that is the beaten path.

Very interesting. Elvis has left the building - and taken the bank with him.

They all moved to their new "toy" Sweeble, Kevin, Tyler and Val are no more taking care of Bubblews and it shows very well that the only one in charge is Bear.

@AdrienneJenkins They have defines Sweeble the first social media app. Search "Sweeble Party" and look at the photos, you can see where the unpaid redemption of Bubblers went.

@LadyDuck It's amazing they got venture capital or finding for this bizarre copy. All I see happening is them running through the cash they blazed through at Bubblews. It's too bad. All that potential talent and promise.

It's funny how they all moved to a failing product, whereas they might have been able to save bubblews if they just put some effort into it.

@ThankyouLord Well they didn't listen to me last year when I said they needed to pull people in from outside to have a strong sense of traffic inside and out. They tried to create a perpetual income machine, and didn't factor in the fact that they still needed neutral outside viewers to make up the difference.

I am just worried what will happen to my bank money of 34.35 dollars in Bubblews. Before I could reach the redeemable amount, the site may disappear like CGP . . . A cent per post would take me eternity to reach $50 . .

I'm gradually deleting my posts there, but it's time consuming. So sad.

I'm nearly done removing my posts. Then there won't be a reason any more to visit the site.

Well Bear used to be the company spy...in case people were writing anything detrimental on other sites like FB etc....must have had his work cut out to police all the likely culprits... I thought the Captain was mean't to be the last to leave a sinking ship...but no loyalty amongst thieves, I guess!

When I used to work with inmates they told me that alliances didn't last very long--only as long as was needed for protection in the short-term. Loyalty was not part of the equation.

I must have missed when Nameless came because I do not remember her at all. But I left the site last year. I returned and it was ghostly there.

A ghost ship, in other words, huh? Well, it seems the blush is off the rose, for sure. But I am spending so much time over here now, I am not sure it matters much to me, at least. I think that there are still a lot of people over there who might want to come here, if they knew about it. Some are here, but are unrecognizable. We will all carry on. That's what we do, is it not?
