Just wondering if it is my browser or what I should do...
When I leave a comment on a post I get a message that says ERROR ERROR time out if this keeps reoccurring contact support.
-First dilemma- how do I contact support
Perhaps this happens on Safari browser? Or my computer? or to everyone? I also have searched and am unsure of where is the place to contact support?
Please be gentle I still wear a Newbie Hat :)

It is not just you, I also experiencing it. I think is caused by the trouble of internet connection. Usually, I check my internet connection and try to push the button again and usually everything is okay...

It happens when the server is slow and/or your Internet connection is not as fast as it can be. Neither is something that MyLot can do much, if anything, about. You get the error message when communication between your computer and the server didn't complete properly and part of one of the messages (just posting a single comment may involve several back-and-forth messages) was lost or took too long to arrive.
The only real solution is to be patient and to keep trying at intervals. Eventually your response or comment will post.

Sometimes I will have this kind of problem, too. I think it has nothing to do with the browser. It is probably the connection is not so stable or well. You can reload the page a few times and most of the time this problem will be gone.

I have not had that problem so it could be your browser.

I have never received that message before. Sometimes if you run all of the updates on your computer it will fix it. Or you can just reboot.
