As I saw couple’s walking down the hallway at my university, it reminded me of own story with my encounter with love.
It all started when I was in first year, as I was walking the hallway of my school, one of my friends introduced me to her. She was playing the guitar. I was at awe when I saw her play the guitar, because she was good at it, heck she was better than I could ever play the guitar. She was a jolly, noisy (in a good way), talented and beautiful. Then how stupid was I when I insulted her favorite basketball team as my first move. She was irritated when heard me. She literally chased me out of the grade school gate, and punched me in the arm. It was a very hard punch for a girl, heck it left a bruise on my shoulder. And as I leaned watching as she walk away. I new this girl had to pursue this girl.
After that day I new that I needed to get closer to her, and that's just what I did. Every spare time that I had, I spent it with her, lunch, snacks and dismissal I spent it with her. When I was alone at dismissal, she accompanied me. When she was alone, I accompanied her. It’s like we had chemistry. Even when I got home, I always talked to her on Facebook for almost 4-5 hours a day. I literally reached over 12000+ messages just wanting to talk to her, that’s how much I liked her.
When a Typhoon Yolanda struck, there was a relief operation in our school. Volunteer students sorted the goods, while some packed the goods, as our group went to distribute the goods. When we got to the area, there were people left and right, noisy crowding each other to get the food and water they needed. When I finished I distributing my part of the goods, I decided to help her, and as minutes past and she was giving her last pack, I caught a glimpse at her, her smile glistening through the dark clouds, and while I was staring at her, admiring her beauty. I think I'm in love with this girl, because she was talented, beautiful, caring and has a benevolent personality. There was nothing to love about this girl.
One of my best memories with her, was when she was alone at the bench of our school, raining, I got my guitar and sat beside her, and sang her favorite song in your arms by Kina Grannis. As the rain poured and we sang more songs, she stared at me, and I leaned towards hear our eyes met. The she asked me " Do you love someone ". I answered " yes, but she's not here? ". Then she replied " I love you ". After that she left. As I went looking for her, I thought to myself why the hell did I say that. I guess I was afraid that she wouldn't return the feelings I had for her. Then I saw here crying, I said " come on I'll take you to your home. "
As we were walking down the street while the rain was pouring, her head leaning on my shoulder. I said to her " I'm sorry. " When we finally arrived at her home, she gave me a kiss and she walked in the gate of her house. That was the last time I ever talked to her.

Awe, I was hoping for a very nice ending but yours ended in a cliffhanger and it left me wanting to ask you, what did you do next for her? I mean, if you really love her, why not chase her again? It seems you two are in love before but I don't know if you still feel the same way now. She seems like a great girl worth fighting for.
My encounters with love always become one-sided and unrequited for me. Ha ha, I guess I just need to have more confidence although it's kind of hard for me since I'm a shy person and whenever I talk to women, I become awkward. But, oh well, maybe someone will fall in love with me for who I am and will be the one to court me.. Ha ha ha! Kudos~!
