I have to travel for work today. Blah. Usually it's not too bad but it's the driving part I'm not crazy about. And I have my yearly review with my boss. I did fine and am not expecting a problem but still blah! haha. Do you have to travel for work? Do you like it?

Never, as my job as an online English teacher entails sitting in front of a computer all day. However, as I get to speak with people a timezone away (Koreans and Japanese) I sometimes feel as though I have been to those places as well. Every day I know the weather there, the current events, and I learn more about the culture through the students who are studying English with me. I never get to go anywhere for work, but my face is projected in some classrooms in Korea and company offices in Japan for live web classes so I guess in a way I have quite a far reach. :-)

I'm retired so don't need to travel to work any more. I didn't mind it really but it was an easy trip mostly through country roads.

I don't normally drive for work, I do drive to and from work which is about 30 minutes there and another back. I couldn't imagine driving to the city and back everyday spending hours in the car. I do like driving nad thinking but not while working.
