Here comes the rain

For those of you east of me, here is your weather report, thunder and rain out of nowhere. Sounds like it might be pouring out there. That explains the mild headache.
I do so like the sounds of rain though, all peaceful and soothing. If this keeps up I should really sleep well tonight! I need that, I have to work the next four days and Thursdays area always super stressful, Fridays are almost as bad, and Saturday and Sundays I love.
I got my 2k done today for NANO for those following, I may post up a tidbit later, I don't think I did yesterday, what I wrote was kind of silly. Today there might be a bit of usefulness in the mess. I also got my grocery run done. Laundry is clean, albeit not put away yet, so not bad really.
I have issues with Wednesdays, as I start having panic attacks if I think too much about work the following day.

I am sure much of that stress is me over worrying on things, still it is. It would be odd having a summer Christmas!

I don't like thunderstorms, but please send some of that rain my way regardless. We're in the middle of a heatwave and a severe drought and we've just had water restrictions imposed on us. In some areas not far from where I live, people haven't had water for several days now.

Here in Calgary . . here comes the snow! I am praying El Nino would melt the snow and give us a warm, snowless winter! A lot of fellow Canadians hate snowless Christmas though!

I so agree. I enjoy the rain. Mind you I don't care for it to carry on for a long time but a spring rain or an occasional rain is refreshing and nice to hear outside. Plus it clears the air and is like a fresh new start afterward.

I get headaches too, but sunny days also give me headaches, so at least this way my eyes dont hurt so much!
