I strongly believe when a child behaves inappropriately anywhere it's a reflection what's happening at home.
Yesterday I witness two five year old boys on the bus, and the language being use by them should not be used by even adults.
The parents of those two boys should be held accountable. Let them do community service teaching kids how to behave! Let them enroll in programs geared towards proper parenting.
I believe parents need to be held accountable for what their kids do especially when they are below the age of consent

I guess you can blame the parents to some extent but not always!! I have seen guys in my school and college who used to use every possible bad language, but I am sure that such language was never used at home!!
But yeah whenever there is some problems at home, children tend to resort to such means which they can learn by some other social elements too!!

I understand what your saying. Those guys at your school may not have learned it at their home however whoever they learned it from had a home. It all goes back to all the homes...morals, principles, discipline all gone these days.

Parents can't always control how their children behave, but at five years of age, they sure can! So, I agree with you that if five-year-olds are using bad language in public, it's a direct reflection on the parents.
