Goodmorning everyone! Here I am again & I wanted to share you a little passion of mine "cooking!" & i would like to share the recipe that I used. Before I'll Begin,I just want to let you know that because i Love cooking obviously I Love eating too! I also end up going out to restaurants to try out some of there Best seller food'. One of the restaurant I visited is the Pancake House. They are popular with their Pancake with blueberries filling inside. I feel like I want to eat Pancake like this every morning the first time I tasted it because It was so Good ??!!most especially with it's blueberry Sauce. Drooling right? I went there several times because it was so addicted. Ok,Ok! I won't take it so long so here's the pancake versiĆ³n of mine ala Pancake House. Ingredients: Yield: 8 regular Pancake size 1 cup milk 1 Tbsp Distilled Vinegar ( Lemon juice or Calamansi juice) 2 Tbsp melted Unsalted Butter 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 large egg 1 cup All purpose flour 1 & 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp Salt ( omit salt if you use salted butter) 1/2 cup blueberry's For Filling Blueberry maple Sauce: 1-2 cups blueberry (fresh, frozen or Canned) 1/2 cup sugar (reduce to 1/4 depends on your taste) 1/4 maple syrup ( reduces to 1/8 depends to the sweetness you like) 1 cup + 2 Tbsp Water,Devided 1 Tbsp Cornstach Instruction: 1. Let's make first Our homemade buttermilk by Combining the milk & vinegar. Let it rest for 5-10 mins. 2. In a separate Large bowl combine melted butter, sugar, egg & Mix using a wisk or fork, Then add the All purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt & lastly Our homemade buttermilk . Whisk it but do not overmix. Let it set For 5 mins. 3. Meanwhile, while waiting For the Pancake batter to set. You can now make your Blueberry maple Sauce. first dissolve the Cornstach into the 2 Tbsp Water. 4. In a Sauce pan combine the Blueberries, sugar,Water & the Cornstach mixture. Bring it up to simmer until Sauce thicken & Blueberries start to break . The cooking of the Sauce will always depends on you. If you want it thicker Cook it longer in a low heat until thickens. 5. Your now ready to Cook the Pancake. Grease a non-stick pan with an oil or butter. When your pan is hot enough you can now pour the pancake batter & at the center of your Pancake add a 1-2 Tablespoon Blueberry filling and pour more batter to cocer the filling & when you see bubbles Then that's the time you will flip it wait until the other side is cooked. 6. Repeat #5 to Cook all the Pancake batter. Serve the Pancake with butter on top & drizzle it with Blueberries maple syrup! Enjoy!

Yes Ms.Judy Story ! You can try it too :-) .! In some cases like if we are in a rush to make Pancake instead of following the Pancake I also suggest that you can use store bought Pancake Mix For hassle free cooking. Regarding the Sauce you can make it ahead like For example the day or night before planning to Cook Pancake & just store it in a jar & refrigerate.
