Think about it . . . . Do you know where the term 'Flower Power' comes from?
I remember it well as it became a revelation when a specific photograph taken by photographer "Bernie Boston for the now-defunct Washington Star, nominated for the 1967 Pulitzer Prize. The 'one picture paints a thousand words' phrase can be used on this photo - taken on October 21, 1967 during a march to the Pentagon, the iconic photo shows a young, long-haired Vietnam protester in a turtleneck sweater, placing carnations into the barrel of a rifle of a National Guardsman."
The slogan is 'passive aggressive' and used during the late 1960s and early 1970s as a symbol of passive resistance and non-violence ideology.
I would love to show you the photo as well - but unfortunately its not mine to use - I would have to get permission first BUT its there for your viewing If you google FLOWER POWER and go to Images, it must be the most colorful page on Google ever. I was just delighted with all the colours one can use to brighten up a day.
Did you know that November month is about chrysanthemums and yearning especially in France.
I am going to use FLOWER POWER today to get through my thoughts - Passive aggressive hopefully with a great outcome!
How will you cope today?

I would have thought you meant passive resistance (in Gandhian style) rather than 'passive aggressive' which is a term more typically used these days as a descriptor for the type of messages people leave on toilet doors or in shared student fridges. If you are looking for a giggle, this blog is one of my favourites:
