How do I convince him to give up on his earrings?

my boyfriend has this stupid custom of wearing earrings. I feel that they represent some kind of a cover or a desperate cry for attention on a much deeper level than he realizes. but the fact is that for a while he gave up using them. well last night he put them on again and I hate this. how do I convince him to give up on them and adopt a more normal look?

I know that last night I acted agressive when I saw him wearing them again. I lost my composure but he's acting all childish and stubborn

What is it you don't like? You don't like them or you don't like what people think about him wearing them?

I don't care about whatever people might be thinking about me or him. but what I don't manage to make him understand is that those earrings are bad for his health

@djgarner86 I can't say I'm a fan of him wearing those things but it's how he wants to look and I would deal with it

it's getting me worried because like I mentioned those earrings give him allergies

@swissheart just so you know it doesn't say he is allergic to the earrings it says that you think its basically a stupid habit to wear them that you feel is not a normal appearance. I am not sure how men wearing earrings are a cry for help for a deeper emotional problem which is now whats confusing me. Does he have a physical allergic reaction or do you see his wearing them as a sign of emotional problems.

You see my friend.. now you came on the love terms too. ha ha.. He gave u a terms to follow.. Now it's time for you to payback.. Now you set up a term too.. Like lose it or lose me.. But always remember..Wait for the correct time.. Ask him politely.. in a lovely way..
