Ever since I became a Korean drama fan, I’ve always wanted to try the food they are eating. Kimchi is a one popular Korean food and I was curious how it tastes. It seems really good for me, the color and they said it is spicy.
They are selling kimchi in bottles in the supermarkets so I bought one, it costs 70php ($1.5). Since it’s a Korean side-dish, I get a big bite and the taste was unexpected. It was super sour and not as spicy as I thought. Though it was good, I love eating it with fried chickens. I would love to buy again soon.

I have tasted the bottled one and i don't like it that much . But some years ago , i was able to taste a real kimchi in a Chinese restaurant in Manila and it tastes so good.

I like Korean food! I'm glad we have restaurants in the US that offer the cuisine. I also like watching that cooking TV show called “Kimchi Chronicles”. Can't watch an episode without my mouth watering. You're right. Watching K-dramas does make you want to eat more Korean food. Every time, in a scene, when they set a table and lay out all those bowls full of yumminess and those pancakes, etc., I start imagining myself enjoying the meal.
It's so funny because my kids like to watch a lot of anime. I know anime is Japanese. But they like to watch the shows because of the food!!

I've never tried kimchi but once I bought a popcorn with kimchi flavor and I loved it! I think I'm going to like the real kimchi too.
