NASA's secret....!!!!

NASA has kept secret the reason for the death of Kalpana Chawla and her colleagues..why..are they afraid that it will be a damage to their fame..??The reason was a part of the propeller tank of their spaceship was broken during the take off. Is NASA not able to do it very strong??

There was enough written and said about the accident through the media at the time of the accident ...But how did you know that part of the propeller tank was broken ?
