I bought 2 beautiful hair clips for my hair too go with my thanksgiving and Christmas outfit. I paid for them, they shipped them and I got two tracking numbers (They were the same number) . The USPS delivery one and not the other on. However, it is stated on the USPS web site that they were both was delivered. I have never ran across anything like this before. My husband think that I should not make a big deal out off it because they did not cost that much. For me, that is not the point, it is the face that they received money for goods I did not received. I don’t know where to start to fine out what happen.

Chase that up , if everyone pays a little for something they don't get the companies make millions or someone has pinched them in the warehouse of course. I don't like to think that way but the stuff is going somewhere.

Ring the company and tell them what happened. You have to ask as they won't be aware of the problem.
