How to Take Surveys for Money on myLot?

Have you successfully completed a survey on MyLot and had the earnings confirm instantly?
I'm looking for help because I've got three offers sitting to take surveys. One from Tap Research for $.16, Your Surveys for $.16 and another that says Take a Short Survey and get paid $.28.
I tried. I really tried. I took the $.28 survey and then it said I didn't qualify for any surveys. So I'm wondering, was the first survey really just a pre-qualifying questionnaire and if after answering age and other demographics, if you don't qualify, you're not eligible to earn?
So I clicked on the offer again and this time I got to do a survey on frying pans. It clicked through to an offer code and the landing page confirmed I completed the survey. I then clicked back to myLot and nothing moved on my Offers $.
I reported through to myLot Admin. But since I haven't heard back, perhaps veteran myLotters can advise. What am I doing wrong?
Oh, and if you do paid surveys to make extra mad money, are they any sites you recommend?

Yes, so many people seem hesitant about taking surveys. But there must be other people on myLot who also take paid surveys off the site too?

@AdrienneJenkins I am on Pinecone, and do have some luck with surveys through SwagBucks. My demographics push me out some.

I tried a few of them, but when I got to the point where I had to agree to let them call my cellphone number, I just stopped. Of course they now have my name and email address. I did create an email address for the purpose so they aren't spamming my regular email account. I am sticking to interacting.

Yah. I kind of wonder if it's not really a survey or rather are they selling your contact information? I, too created another gmail address so my main e-mail address doesn't get spammed.

Hi, friend. Welcome aboard. You will find interacting to be a much better way to earn than the offers. Right now I do this and SwagBucks to earn. I am so glad you are here.

Thank you ever so much for the warm welcome. I've heard such good things about SwagBucks but had never joined before. Already myLot is proving addicting so I'll have to budget my time accordingly. But today's Sunday so I've let myself just wander through the site.
Whoa --- your profile says you joined 9 years ago?????? So far I think you win the gold star for tenure.

Offers or just surveys? The surveys are the ones that seem to be tripping me up.

OK. I'll check back later to see if my $$$ updates under offer. So far it hasn't.

While you had atleast completed the survey, i took a survey & when i patiently tried to finish it at last it gave a message that this survey has been closed. But even now when on my " Offers " sections that survey is still on but i simply did not know why i was not able to complete it in the first place.
