I hope Arvind Dixit and Tyler can sleep at night knowing they have our money in their greasy little hands

@Freelanzer I was paid before a total of more than $2,000.00. So they did pay Canadians at one point.

It also seemed, as another person pointed out, that they didn't pay Canadians perhaps because they think we can't do anything about it.

I have a recent response for them, within the past two weeks, that said they will be paying everyone. I guess I can take that to the bank or to someone.

@ivyparkgirl Somehow I doubt they were too much in debt as I'm sure they looked after themselves, after all the photos of the Sweeble launch were hardly those of struggling entrepreneurs.

Oh my dear you already got to 50$, I was at 45,20$ - it took me a year to get there, but if we put all the $ together, just imagine how much they walked away with - actually STOLE from us. My daughters also have $18 and $8,05 owing to them when it crashed.

I lost $48 which was tough enough but to have reached redemption and then not receive anything must be really annoying. Some people are hoping that they will be paid outstanding redemptions but I doubt it as all the proof is now gone.

I am not holding out any hope, It was waiting 6 months to be paid and I should have known after the first three months that they didn't intend to pay me, even though I found out they paid some people two weeks after they redeemed. I hope the money they stole from me and others does them good and they can sleep well at nights. But there is such a thing as karma.

@euphie They know that the Americans can take them to court or report them to BBB or consumer affairs from the last time they pulled this stunt. We are too far removed to pose a threat. However, I can write and in the coming days I will be posting some very insightful reviews on my own blogs.

@Freelanzer Yep, some people did get paid which gave me hope but thinking back, they were all American, it seems that those of us not in America were lesser citizens...

I'm not defending Bubblews in any way, but I've been reading a lot about how much money people lost. That is sad and I think it was quite crappy what Bubblews did, however, if people would have read the contract they electronically signed when they signed up to post on Bubblews there was a clause that said you agreed that Bubblews could refuse payment to anyone for any reason at any time. It may be unethical but by posting there people agreed to take the risk they would not be paid. Posting there was like crossing a bridge with rotten boards. One never knew when they would step on a board that would give away causing them to fall into the roaring river below. Believe me, I think any of us would like to catch Arvind in a dark alley sometime, but he was wise enough to legally protect himself from being sued over lack of payment.
