The Ninette is a nine line poetry form in which the lines grow by one syllable until the fifth line. After that, the syllables decrease again to one. The first and last words may be exactly the same, synonyms, or antonyms of each other.
Morn
Rising
Sun spreading
Out its bright rays
Warming up the earth.
We awaken
Start the day
A new
Morn.
