The Irony of it All -- Welcome (or Welcome Back) to all the Bubblers

I'm seeing more and more new members here and old members returning since the fall of Bubblews. Many anticipated that and came back before it actually fell.
I find it amusing. After the old myLot stopped paying, there was a migration from here to Bubblews of those who had not joined Bubblews before. Now people are not only coming back here, but they bringing their new Bubblews friends with them. That gives me hope that I will finally see some of my Bubblews friends who resisted joining and connecting on other sites, finally get here.
Meanwhile, welcome back to all those who have just returned and all the newbies that have joined myLot for the first time. There's a bit of an adjustment, but you will soon feel right at home.

I made a lot of money at that site at a time I really needed it plus they are paying for my 20th Leap Year birthday party--I have always kept my followers/followings small as I prefer to get to know 3 people well than 20 'acquaintances so I might have a slight boost in notifications but I am happy with the way things are going.
What really surprises me is how many people DON'T save their work with backing it up and now are crying about losing it.

I used to write articles for other websites before I joined Bubblews and it's been a habit of mine to always save whatever that I have written. So when I left Bubblews, I have all my posts in my hard drive. I'm amazed that many writers don't save their work.

@jillybean1222 That is the worst thing that can happen. My computer was struck by lightning twice and I didn't back up my files. Now I always back up my files on my portable hard drive.

it is good that Mylot is here to serve as an alternative - unlikely Bubblews will ever start again and no one should trust it if it does

I wasn't an original MyLot member. I came here 5 days ago, only three days before the fall. Now MyLot gets the old myloters and the Bubblews members. I hope we can all add to the success of MyLot.

@Marilynda1225 MyLots return to what it was has been timed well. The longer Bubblews is gone, the more I realize it's for the best.

@marguicha That's what I did, too. I did delete and copy a couple of posts I wanted to keep - just in case I never had another chance.

I actually joined Bubblews before myLot made the changes to their earningsa program and I left Bubblews before myLot reinstated the earnings program. If I had known about the changes earlier, I would have returned here even earlier. I discovered the good news when I was googling about Bubblews' demise. And it was an article that you wrote. Thanks for the info.

@bagarad I think so too but you use different screen names for the different websites that you're on so I might not recognize you. I use the same username for all the websites that I joined partly because I fear I can't remember which username I use for which website. I guess I'm just too lazy. LOL.

I'm ex-Bubblews, but I hadn't posted there in over a year. I see the site is now inaccessible, and my old posts come up as Error 404. I hadn't been with MyLot long when it disappeared, but I'm glad it's back up - I like it here.

Hi, there - thanks for the welcome! Yes, the eventual demise of Bubblews was a sort of expected shock. In other words, I knew it was going to happen, but it was still a shock when it did! I had already joined this site, but not posted anything. At least this has galvanised me into action!

I left MyLot when they stopped paying, I'm now back that they are paying, I left Bubblews when the pay rate changed and I'm happy I kept all my articles on m computer.

Hi, Bagarad. Nice to meet you again. It is a pleasant surprise. I wasn't here for a long time, because almost all members went away due to the reasons we know.
