Do you still remember your first time
I sure everyone can remember their first time. You never forget anything you do the first time, no matter what you do. Your first date, your first kiss, your first job and so on.
I sure everyone can remember the first time they ever got paid online. I was so excited I got paid, really money in my account from being online. I can never explain the feeling of that.
It was just a little over $25 on a website called RedGage.
Do you still remember your first time, you got paid online?

Cool, well done, shame about Squidoo, I believe Hugpages took it over. I was never on Squidoo but I'm on hubpages.

@kevin1877uk I did not move my Squidoo pages to Hubpages, I have not decided yet what to do with them.

@hereandthere Yesterday I just asked for a payment of around S$250.00. But it is our second payment only.. haha. Husband and are not that professional bloggers. We just want to share our experiences to help people decide how, where and what to visit, eat or do. Haha!
I withdrew it to add some funds for our project. :)

I think the first money I earned online was from a microstock (photography) site, but I can't remember which one. Well that was the first time I was actually paid anyway. The first earning site I used was a site called Themestream back in 2001. I earned about $30 there but never got paid because they closed down before I had earned enough to cash out.

@kevin1877uk I remember that you used to do really well at RedGage. It's a shame that site went downhill.

@Auntylou I would have to agree with that. I would think my first payment came from Epinions, but I'm really not sure. I remember my first (sort of) kiss. My first kiss. And all that other stuff. But my first internet payment? Hmm.

My first online paycheck was ten years ago from a company that has long since shut its doors. I didn't know that my career path had just been found.

@BethieAnnie Yeah the same here over the years, seen many websites go. I joined here 6 years ago then forgot all about it until I tried to join, saying my email was already being used lol.

@kevin1877uk I have seen websites come and go. I never knew about Mylot till now. Out of all of the companies that went under, about 1/3 did not pay the last check. We can put the burst B in that category now.

Actually, I can't remember. I've been doing online paid sites for so long, and when I started I got involved in a bunch. Some paid, some didn't.

@kevin1877uk They did stop paying? Really? How come they still have our earnings on the site? Strange. That's the first I am hearing about this.

My first online payment was on Bubblews when the payout was achievable. That was my first online writing experience as I had been working outside the home before. I do remember my first paycheck from my first job and how excited I was.

The first time I ever got paid was through ClixSense eons ago.. I still make money through them (marginally), although the biggest paycheck I've ever gotten was through Fiverr for doing book reviews - over $150! Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print in the Goodreads Policy and was banned (from Goodreads) for my Fiverr services :/

@kevin1877uk I do enjoy ClixSense.. left it for a few years, but I always go back. And Goodreads was the one who banned me.. I'm still alive and kickin' on Fiverr! :) And thank you very much for the welcome!
