I know a lot of people came here from the, now defunct, Bubblews. I was there too, and it was once the top of my list.
My other favorite is HubPages. I started writing there almost 4 years ago. Now, I don’t write there much, but I visit often to read the forum, and check my stats. Their minimum payout is $50, and I usually get paid every other month. It’s not a lot of money, but I really don’t have to do anything but leave my stuff there. True passive income.
Before I went to HP, I was on Mechanical Turk. That is where I really started writing online. I found that I was focusing on hits that required me to write something. I worked it up to where I could make about $4 an hour working there. Pitiful, I know, but it was fun for me too.

I didn't come from Bubblews. :) I don't even have any idea about the website. I know everybody here knows about the website, but recently I have to stop my online money making adventure, pretty busy with my offline job and family things. Anyway, my blogs are my other favorite websites. :)

I am a HubPages novice. I have not yet reached my 5 article featured minimum so when I do I will have reached a short term goal there. I also have my own site. I have been writing online since 1990.

I love the forumwheel, It is a competition to Postloop. Its easier to qualify in theforumwheel over postloop. Sometimes Postloop is profitable because there are many forums to join but sometimes its struggling but that site never failed to pay me.

Easily writing.com. They have a great deal to do with me becoming a published author. I don't earn a dime there but the peer review was invaluable.
