Why Is Mylot Called Mylot?

At first I wrote this title - What is the story of the name "myLot"? But I decided to change it because it is too simple and flawless. I chose the above title - "Why is myLot Called myLot?" It looks catchy because of its seemingly redundant look! Anyway, what is the story behind the site's name - myLot? I went over the history of the site; it does not mention why the site chose the name myLot. Lot means a piece of land. So, does it mean - this is my piece of land (My Lot)? Any better idea?

@cacay1 . . Now this one is unique! myLot is short of MYLOTTERYTICKET! I bought 649 lotto this morning. . Hope it is the one winning ticket . . . And, OMG . . am going to balikbahay and visit Cagayan De Oro! I guess there are lots of gold down there! Cagayan of gold! And surely lots of Oreo biscuits and beautiful ladies like you, too!
