The rule says that you are not allowed to post any affiliate/referral links or any links directing people to your profile or web page or encourage people to message you for information.
There is no rule that says that you cannot share the name of a website to members.
So, it's okay to share if you want to.

I've across a few sites that offer jobs for freelancers, like, upwork, freelancer, elance, fiverr, it's not easy to get a job though. If you love photography, I got $16 so far from twenty20, from a photo I took using a point-and-shoot digital camera.
