Do you do exercises / yoga ?

We all know the importance of physical fitness. I walk for half an hour daily to remain fit. I also do some yoga for around 5 minutes in the morning.
I would like to know what exercises do you do to remain fit? Are these exercises enough or you need to enhance your exercise activities?

yes daily i will practice yoga and pranayama for half an hour. it relaxes my mind and keeps me calm all day long. It takes care of my health too

Several in our family enjoy doing yoga. They do feel it keeps them fit!

I like going for long walks. Other than that I don't really stick to any particular exercise routine.

I would jog at the back of our garden, for at least 9 minutes (2 min jog- 1 minute walk) then use the exercise machine for pedal. then that's when i do stretch, i re hydrate myself between these exercises
