Dogs

Dogs are so faithful and so loving. When you are out for work and when you return home after a busy day, the kind of welcome you receive from your dog brings a big smile to your face, overwhelms you & helps to reduce your fatigues. The unconditional love that your dog showers on you is incomparable. I have a dog like this who refuses to eat & drink when I am out for work. He eats only when he sees my face. I feel blessed to be loved by someone so much. Indeed, dog is man's best friend.

To a dog, his owner is like a god. The relationship between a dog and his owner should be like the relationship between us and God. It would make me rather sad if my dog would not eat or drink unless I were present. I would want to teach him that it is OK to be a dog and to eat when he is hungry and drink when he is thirsty, even though I am not there. It makes me sad, too, when I meet people who are so bound by their religion that they cannot behave as free humans living in the constant presence of God.

I miss having my dog. I have to get a hyperallergenic one since my oldest step-son is allergic.
