Getting Back To Fitness

I was doing really well with my fitness routine and really losing weight. I felt great when I was doing it, but unfortunately when I realized I was not giving enough of my time to my studies in college I decided to stop exercising for a little while. I figured I would be able to get back to it once I caught up with my classes, that was not the case. I ended up gaining back all the weight I worked so hard to lose and that really upsets me.
So I am going to get back to exercising and try to get my eating back under control again. I ordered some Garnicia Cambogia and a night time belly fat burner to help me get to my goal a little quicker. Wish me luck everyone! I may even make myself a little diary of progression photos. I am not too confident in my body so really wish me luck everyone.

As a very experienced dieter and faster what you need is some simple starting points. To get your eating back under control the best thing you can do is to cut out all the starchy carbs and stick with the complex ones. Stay away from anything white when it comes to cutting your carbs.
Now you will burn stored fat for energy. To get back and jump start an exercising program try walking with weights on your arms and legs as you walk. 2.5 LBS on your ankles and 5 and up on your arms.
Pick a place where you can gage your activity and make your goal at least one more lap each day. Before you know it you will be highly motivated to push forward.

Fasting on two days a week also seems to work. Just 400 calories for a woman , 500 for a man.

Good luck, but do not overdo it. You can exercise so much your body refuses to let the fat go.

Do both. Time management. And just because you decide to catch up on classes doesn't mean an open invitation to eat recklessly. Make fitness a part of your lifestyle, not a chore to do.
Like marie said, it's about diligence and consistency. There are no quickie solutions or shortcuts (that will give you lasting results anyway). A photo diary is a good idea, but you have to be consistent with that too. Good pictures AND the no-so-good.
