I just checked the temperature on one online weather site and was surprised to see that it had fallen to near freezing quickly. It was also "partly cloudy." Considering that I couldn't see a cloud anywhere, I checked another site... and it's now 17 degrees warmer but it's going to rain in seven minutes. Hm. Well, look as hard as I can, I still don't see any clouds. I'm afraid to check any other weather sites. Maybe I am not where I think I am!

I guess it depends on the weather station. If it is in the same part of town, then you should see the same thing. If it is the next town, maybe it could be cloudy there and clear over you.

These were both for the same town, same area. I don't know... never did figure it out!

The weather can change from minute to minute and you will look around and wonder what happened.

Don't you wish you got paid as well as forecasters but were allowed to be wrong as often as they are.

Which site did you check the weather with Accweather about the best.

First I used Wunderground, which is now associated with Weather.com and isn't as good as it used to be. I then went to Accuweather. That was the one that said it was supposed to rain. I double checked the National Weather Service and it was predicting the same as Wunderground. Sometimes, I think it's best to just take a guess ourselves.

I love how crazy weather sites can be. Sometimes they are right on the nose though and it's scary

I think the best way to tell the weather is to look out the window. Other than that, it's all guesswork.

Weather can change suddenly, however I think the site might have taken the weather of the nearby city or place.

Yesterday morning was warm here, and then snow flakes started falling;)...I say the rational explaination is we're in a time warp-well, no just kidding...but sometimes it almost feels that way. For similar reasons, I gave up on listening to the weathermen when I was a child:)

We have yet to get down to freezing temperatures here, but I'm actually looking forward to it. Last night I actually had to run the A/C for a while to get it cool enough to sleep.
