I'm not a vegetarian. But I've tried to be one in my early twenties. I failed being a vegetarian because it wasn't that easy. Sometimes it's not in our hands to choose what we eat. However there are many benefits of being a vegetarian. Vegetarian diets contain less cholesterol and animal fats. So it will reduce the risk of heart attacks and cardiovascular diseases, coronary artery diseases, liver diseases etc. And vegetarian diets have more fiber and more antioxidant. So it will also help to lessen cancers.

I'm too fond of my meat dishes to ever become fully vegetarian.
